xiinfaniin Posted January 11, 2006 lol@Castro iska er-eryo. Mayya bro. Warniyahow Kheyr ha la iska daayo. As to how I know it works at that age better, ma ka dhabbaa saaxiib, talk to the elders and you will hear the wonders this seed does. You will be amazed at how many will attest (not that they will prove it, but attest they will nevertheless) to its effectiveness. Bishaaro, scare tactic won’t work, I tell ye! Castro Posted January 11, 2006 ^ You're on to something good Xiin. Bishaaro knows more than she's revealed so far. I asked about the age hoping you'd finally admit you need Xabad sowda just to make it to work in the morning and survive the day. Whereas a young man like myself doesn't. Khayr waan iska daayay. Inuu igu kacsanyahay baryahan uunba ii muuqatay. In fact, I'm willing to buy him some Xabad sowda as a peace offering.

- Femme - Posted January 12, 2006 Boys, Xabad Sowda is so 1586. There is something called Viagra now---a little blue pill. Now, if that awful tasting black seed made u this excited...I wonder what the blue pill might make u? Fall in the floor in fits of happiness? We'll never know.
Castro Posted January 12, 2006 ^ The blue pill has side effects such as possible blindness or heart attacks. Not to mention erections that could last up to 4 hours (bisinka ). But most of all, the Black seed has been endorsed by the Sunnah whereas the blue pill by the FDA only. Nephissa Posted January 12, 2006 Errr, ummm, so this is the official SOL Sex Thread? Maxaa oday dhaaxe, farastareeshan meeshaan la galgalanayaa!
Dhimbil Posted January 12, 2006 ^^Bishaaro...leave them alone, this whole thread has been comedy . Besides, experienced folks are sharing best practices with young bloods. It's a good thing! Anyway, This medicine works for a lot of things. One of my uncles claims habba-sowdah cured his diabetes. After depending on insulin for so many years. He tried this and worked for him. He now eats plate full of hilib ari and bariis or basta and his blood sugar does not increase, whils b4 he use to only eat boiled chicken & brocoli?......miracle wallahi. Sounds kinky atheer. That's hilarious. Sometimes we take life a little too seriously. I personally have learned a thing or two today. Though I've been specifically asked not to provide a post-experiment report on Xabad Sowda, I will provide a simple Ebert-style thumbs up or down. But most importantly, I wanna see this seed that makes Xiin giggle like a little boy. Originally posted by Khaalid: One of my uncles claims habba-sowdah cured his diabetes. So no more Insulin? Khalid, this is the most insane thing I have read by far in SOL, I mean no one can beat this besides you. Your uncle has a right to claim something to be true, but it doesn't mean that is so. What I find insane is you telling this as thought you actually believed this theory of your uncle's to be the truth. Diabetes is not something to joke about, you hearing from your dear uncle means thats what he wants you to believe, but thats far from the truth. I suggest you start looking up diabetes, and educate yourself ASAP and pass some long awaited knowledge over to your uncle, because he just might be one plate of bariis short of having some serious health problems, very serious. Type 1 diabetes is no joke. Compare to what my relative has, which is type 2, and the things my relative goes to through daily, watching what she eats, taking her pills on time, testing her blood daily, I mean thats some serious stuff, and you talk of INSULIN type, which is even more serious than the type 2, and you sit there and believe that the so called habba-sowdah had cured him, what were u thinking? Please go to; Diabetes

Dhimbil Posted January 12, 2006 Originally posted by LayZieGirl: Khalid, this is the most insane thing I have read by far in SOL, I mean no one can beat this besides you. ^Dramatic majirin, non the less accomplishment I guess! Horta isdaji, diabetes is not new to me or to other Somalis. We know how serious it is (just this wk NYT had lengthy article). There is no Somali I know who his family or someone they know doesn’t have diabetes, it reached crisis proportion here. Now I believe my uncle because he had this disease over 10yrs and depended on insulin. But after using the sowdah and eating normal meals his blood sugar didn’t change. He apparently consulted with his doctor, who performed numerous tests and found no trace of diabetes. His doctor advised him to discontinue insulin as long my uncle checked his blood sugar daily and detected no change. So do you still insist I not trust him? Pardon if I agree with the doctor. Let’s even move away from the habba-sowdah, are you insisting there is only one way to treat diabetes? Not so. Although there is no cure for diabetes, treatment solely depends on your doctor, different treatment work for different people. Many doctors backed by research claim good diet and exercise only can sometimes be used to control diabetes, what you say about that? Anyway this is one method that worked for him, you don't have to like it or agree with it. Unless you can get hold of this seed and research and find it has no effact on diabetes you can hold off on the weak tirade. I would suggest even for you to run over to your halal store and get this sowdah to your relative ASAP , as diabetics can use anything that can alleviate their suffering! . Type 1 diabetes is no joke. Compare to what my relative has, which is type 2,,,,, and you talk of INSULIN type, which is even more serious than the type 2, ^^They are both as serious and there are many people who have type 2 and still use insulin. Baluug Posted January 12, 2006 I have heard about a mixture of haba sowda, garlic, and honey as being an all-purpose remedy for all kinds of ailments. My wife has told me about a friend of ours whose daughter had cancer. She gave her the tuun/malab/habasowda mixture every day and stayed by her side, reading Qur'an for her while she was in the hospital. The cancer went away, Masha Allah!! I actually met the girl as I was dropping off an application for the place I work at, and she looks like she's never been sick in her life, as if nothing happened. So if this is true, then maybe there's something to this stuff(and faith in Allah SWT, of course)
