Malika Posted August 19, 2008 Ibti; I usually have my dinner before 7pm, last night I had mine at 10pm,I could barely pray Ishaa,sleep was difficult,woke up to pray fajr with a heart burn..after fajr,nightmares! I always eat late, makes me sleep better while mt body is busy breaking food down, but eat lighly, don't eat some geel meat at 11pm, have some cornflakes or something.
