No, I don't think I ever have. I just eat when I get hungry.

 

To be honest I would not eat if I did not get hungry so often. Eating is a necessity rather than an enjoyment. I don't know how people can eat every day at 1.00pm, what if I am not hungry? or busy?

Ibti-Try eating the same hour everyday. Train your body just the way you would train it to sleep at certain. It's healthier and won't induce sleepiness.Give it shot for week.

^All meals and never miss breakfast,it jump starts your metobalism. If you eat breakfast, you should be hungry by 12 or 1 but if you don't, your body tries to preserve as much as calories as possible thinking it won't get any nourishment hence you will feel hungry much later.It basically slows down your metobolism. This is why people obese people who thinks skipping meal would help lose weight would actually gain more weight.

 

P.S. Lack of consistent sleep and diet contributes to obesity.
