Is it just me, or does it seem that the Indians and Pakistanis celebrate Eid on a different day from the rest of the Muslims, every year?

Cadaan, indeed, India & Bangladesh are celebrating today, but not Pakistan.

I think the moon is light years away from them.

^^ Because they get their news from back home. By the way, some in Pakistan celebrated Eid on Tuesday but the country officially celebrated the next day. Iraq, Bahrain and Lebanon also had similar divisions.

I remember small town in Kenya, they celebrated Eid four days, the division was caused by groups or sects, one Eid for sufis, another for salafis, another for tabliighs, another for normaalito peolpe.

That was the weirdest thing I have ever seen.
