Well, i don't know who said they will have popular music played that they will follow to the hell ,,, it is probably a somali believe but not written in the religion as far as i know.

If I remember correctly, I heard it from Shike [ can’t remember his name will insert it later ] A Somali shike, he died years ago, use to live in Xamar and then Kenya. Use to focus on duca’s and tasfeer. He has a famous nickname, which apparently he was unaware of…damn I can’t remember his name! uuf It is the music and the shydan I tell ya!

 

The Somali saying is Qaalbiga aayah kuu maadobanayah! But then once my teacher told me, sins leaves a black dot on your heart, until your heart is gone black and you turn away from the remembrance of Allah.

 

There is a difference between listening to music iyo inaad soo boodbodi for a whole night!! << that is like going to a rave in the west.

 

I listen to music, but I try to not make it dominate my day, otherwise, when you go to pray instead of Alhumdu, you will start singing the cord lines.

Oh oh I remember. His nick name was shike Booqol soon (as in 100 fasts) allah yarxuum. Now I just have to remember his real name. Mashallah may allah reward him, I use to listen to his tapes as child, I can hear his voice in my head now...

No ,, i didn't say i was bood booding a whole night ,, it was just few hours within the day (in the afternoon) and some whities started dancing with it ,,, but how can they dance with that ,,, waaban ka yaabay ,,,,

 

Yes it is true the sin leaves a black dot in your heart and one Ibadah leaves s white dot in it or sweeps the black one ,,,,,, that is why they say if you do a sin then start doing Ibadah, it will erase it.

Why do they play "Just in case" Jaheim, in somali weddings? :confused: Just went to sitting room, someones wedding DVD baa laa dawaanyah. I mean I can kind of understand "would you be my wifey" even though old and over used but Just in case takes the biscuit
