In Somalia, people progress thorough school via merit not age and adults often join children in madaress and schools, so it might not be so strange to him. The chance of him abusing the kids is as good as one of the teachers abusing the kids. Basically statistically low. You make it sound like he planned and had a choice, people deal with what they are given, some come in pretending to be female. I'm annoyed my vote won't go anywhere as I live in a very safe Liberal seat (aka John Howard's party). I wish I was back in my old marginal electorate every single vote counted there.
