Blow to president Deni as AfDB asks Puntland to seek financial support from Federal government

Attempts by the president of Somalia’s autonomous region of Puntland Said Abdullahi Deni to seek financial support from African Development Bank Group to make ends meet failed after the bank said it has exhausted all earmarked resources in the special relief fund and instead asked to seek financial assistance from the federal government.
