Salma Posted January 18, 2005 They declared yesterday in UAE that Eid will be on Thursday (20/01/05). Actually they missed all the dates. First, we fasted on Wednesday(12/01/05) thinking that its the first day of Thul-Xijjah, and that will make Friday 21/01/05 the first day of Eid. Then they changed and said there was a mistake; the month of Thul-Xijjah was supposed to born on Tuesday (11/01/05) which makes Thursday (20/01/05) the eid. We missed fasting that Tuesday :mad: Anyway, Ciid Mubaarak inshallah caleena wa caleekum and all the Muslims around the globe , May Allah accept the Haj from our Muslims brothers/sisters who are doing it now and help the other muslimsto do it next year, Amiin NOMADS : Dony eat much Salam Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
