MOGADISHU (HOL) - AU Mission head in Somalia Francisco Madeira has described the recent political deal in Jubbaland a sub-clan pact locking out other stakeholders as his UN counterpart James Swan endorsed it as ‘progress on dialogue and reconciliation’.
