Rachel Corrie is now heading to Gaza. Follow the developement

Another confrontation may be on the horizon.

 

 

The Irish Department of Foreign Affairs announced Friday that the ship's crew had rejected an offer to dock their ship at Ashdod, Isreal. The Irish government said it fully respects "their right to do so and to continue their protest action by seeking to sail to Gaza". Among the activists on board is Irish Nobel Peace Prize laureate, Mairead McGuire.

The Irish people fully support this development, and it was only yesterday when the foreign relations commiettee of the Irish government had a meeting about the incident that happened few days back, and they were questioning the Irish activists who were deported back, the Israeli Ambassador refused to be questioned(did not accept the invitation for the meeting), in protest, many MPs are calling for the ambassador to be expelled from Ireland.

 

 

There is a BIG protest tmoro against Israel and is led by many government officials, it would be crazy and is coinciding with the Rachel Corrie about to arrive GAZA early morning.
