Lol@Horn. Thats the whole idea of feminism sxb. Only Marxist Feminism blames Capitalism on woman's problems. The rest, the closest being Socialist Feminists will yell it is all due to entwined Patriarchy and Capitalism that we fight against. You see the likes of Tickner! She is an influential charactor of StandPoint Feminism: an offshoot of Radical feminism. This feminism is extreme to the extent that it claims that Humanity has only partially understood reality. That partial understanding, they often claim, is not from females but from males. So they suggest the introduction of another side of reality.

 

So maybe it is good to get to know the other part of reality that we (men ofcourse) have for long ignored.

I must say that even as a woman the word feminism has a negative clang to me. It’s not the actual word that bothers me, but because of what people who claims to be feminists have acted upon annoys me. They (read feminists) have hijacked feminism and made it to something very aggressive and they have put it as an opposite entity to religion and traditional family life. I think this is what irritates a lot of people, who would otherwise consider women rights to be an important question.

 

I don’t se the necessity of feminism actually, if one considers that every human being has certain rights, there is no need to discriminate between women rights or male rights.

Feminism is a bona fide subject and a huge research area, and those that study the subject have as much right to their own department as you have to your own. I am sure they pay the same taxes that you do too. :rolleyes:

1) women are mere sex objects in most western socities.

2) They drink more and smoke more then men in most of these socities( proof is Lung cancer declining in men increasing in women)

3)Women dress up with less clothes than men (average man wears a shirt and trouser..revealing less of his body than women)

I will even go as far as agreeing with you in regards to dress code in live arena games.

 

Its getting out of hand, some women do indeed dress like they are about to go to a club, even though its just a game. (I've seen this with my own eyes, but again, this is their body, their money and their clothes, and no one can comment on it, only they can)

You are contradicting yourself here, first you say, women are being led into the sport fields, the arenas, and here on the last part of the above quote, you qacbaro actually said that men were watching thats why these women are on the front seat, and the camera is on them.

 

This tells me that the men aren't really there to watch the game nor are they into the sports in question and are just there to stare at these women who are enjoying the live games.

 

No sports fan of any kind would ever turn on a game and concentrate on the attendees. You would know if you were really a true sports fan, that no matter what, the hot blond chick who is on the sidelines and is reporting the injuries and talking to the coaches on half time wouldn't be a distraction or an issue for that matter, if you were really paying attention to the game in question that is.

 

Bottom line is, women do what women do, even though its hard for some of you men to admit that a blond chick with blue eyes and nicely shaped noise is actually a field reporter for monday night football can actually do the job as a man field reporter would, maybe even do better job than him.

 

You never once wonder that maybe, just maybe this woman might actually be as into the game, or probably more than the average male sports fan and loves her job, and it isn't about how she looks, but has more to do with her talent for the subject in question....
