Jesica and anyone who doesn't brush their teeth are ****** or someone with boat-load of money to pay for cavity fillings and expensive cosmetic work.The removal of microbial plaque and the prevention of its accumulation on the teeth and adjacent surfaces is an important aspect of self-perfomed plaque control. Plaque control could be achieved via mechanical and/or chemical means.This is where brushing teeth regularly atleast twice a day comes into play. In periodontally healthy individuals, removal of plaque at least once every two days is sufficient to prevent development of gingival inflammation.Unless you wanna get periodontitis with deep painful pockets please brush your teeth twice a day!
