Religion VS Spirtiuality

do u consider ur self a spiritually religious person or do u think spirituality and religoin two different matters?

i myself cogitate somehow there is a linkage between spirituality and religion. i might be incorrect..wa allahu a'alaam

You need to be spiritual in order to be religious but (sometimes) you don't need to be religious to be spiritual.

thus, in my understanding the definition of islamic spirituality differs from non-islamic view of spirituality. for instance, religious people follow sects of rules in a divine book while spiritual people (like Toasim) think is the moment and the experience of spirit that makes a person spiritual not following sects of rules.
