It would have changed slightly had the census would have been done, but Amxara rejected the census. Actually I am wrong census has no direct effect to number of representatives. This is constitutional. The same in Canada or Switzerland. Its is numbers set by agreement to be fair, but not exactly mathematically. Tigray and Somali have similar population, but Somali is one Ethnic and Tigray has 3 or 4 Ethnics. Amxara will loose in their own kilil since there has been so much fighting by other Ethnics there.
