^^^To me, yes they are equal and on the same possibility wave. It is just another clan. I don't see how they are different.

That's a stretch Mr.P. I don't think you can use Prophetic a hadith to justify a purely arrogant stance. That hadith itself hints that nasab isn't a good / valid choice and many others speak of tribal arrogance. Distancing yourself from another Muslim because you feel somewhat purer / nobler and the degradation and vilification people from minority groups are subjected (reread the story) or even other large clans can never be Islamicly justified.

Wanting to keep the geel in the family or sticking to what you know and feel safe with is a whole different matter and is really upto the individual concerned.

Nasab is about blood, ayaayo. In fact, some scholars demand, as a condition of marriage, that both sides are of equal nasab.

Hang dignity and integrity, Lily. It all starts with blood. The rest any man can have. It's the blood and good breeding that is essential.

Juxa you did not answer my question; Are you upset that to me they are on equal scale? I really don't get the out rage- indeed you will have to break it down adigo kursi ku faadiya. :D

Fufu and Juxa- this is not about Burco, take it easy please.

ibti, i think almost everyone apart from the few odayaal wanting pure blood agree this whole Mxxgan thing is silly and st-pid

lakin the comment you made placing in the same scale, reer konfur and minority groups falfalxumo kugu jirta.

you could easily call this st-pid dhaqan st-pid lakin are you suggesting you hold same regard to reer kofur? as if they are dad laga faano? or lessor than your mighty reer waqooyi.

Right

I don't know what falfalxumo means? But in anycase, Juxa it means that you do not really believe that the whole pure blood thing is istupid and silly, because IF you do then there is no lakin after it.

I do hold them in the same regard as reer konfur yes, I do, because I don't think that either is dad laga faano or lesser than MY reer waqooyi. Both are just different and equal to each other in my eyes. The fact you are offended suggest that this whole we are equal is words rather than heartfelt and honesty.

If a reer Konfur said to me, you and reer Midyool are equal to me, I won't be offended.

Juxa, it's about who you know dee. We both know Paragon's fish-eaters and are happy to marry their girls or give them our girls. But the same confidence does not exist between north and south.

I think that's Ibti's point.

if you read my first post, i agreed with KK. it is not as easy as certain dishonest people here are making of it. haduu yahay so and so it is fine

i did admit it matters, as did many other people. you see in many cases family will object to marriage with minority people, to go ahead will mean losing your family. unless you are strong person that is not easy route to take.

i did not get offended cause dadkaas baan yasayaa, my question mainly relate to maxaa keenay meeshan reer koonfur? when the topic was clearly something else

and dont dismiss me as hasty islaan please, hadii ey daacad kaa tahay you would have made the comparison from get go and say they equal to rer waqooyi and reer konfur to me.
