Not necessarily. The Road to reconciliation has its setbacks, miss steps and conflicts, I am thinking Somaliland from 1991 to 1994. Galmudug is a new state with a complex set of problems, but its nothing that cannot be overcome . Peace has to be organic and not forced, in time a civil service will emerge, that wishes to move the state forward.

Sheikh Shaakir is not a serious man, his sufi folks are more interested in dancing on TV than nuts and bots state building.

The new leader has support from CAdaado, Caabudwaaq, Dhuusamareeb and Ceel Buur. Shaakir is not a major problem, his own town is becoming the capital. Mr. Qoor Qoor need to convince the Mudug side of the problem like South Gaalkacayo, Hobyo and Xaradheere.
