Anyways, I probably looked a bit unfriendly upon entering as my eardrums were about to burst open, so I tell him right away, "walal bal put the volume down aad ismaqashaane!" Thankfully he did, then he quickly pulls my relative to the side and whispers something in her ears (obvious it was about me), she laughs and responds back, meanwhile my :rolleyes: is getting worse. So then he says out loud, "usheeg gabadha inaan 'producer' ahay oon filimaanta sameeyo oon studio weyn leeyahay, waxey i moodaa inaan cashier ka ahay meesha oon cajaladaha bes duubo!" Then he looks at me and says, "abaayo ma u jeeda taas - pointing at a red motorbike parked behind the store - anaa wata" (was that supposed to impress? was I to think of him a stud now? lol). Qosol intaan isku celin waayey ayaan gaadhiga ku orday, utterly bemused with reer mpls and their oddness . Moreover, when I later asked about what he was whispering, it turned out he was saying gabadhu ma Puntlander baa suura badnaa. :eek: :rolleyes: Maxaad meesha dhexdeeda iigu sheegi weydey baan idhi, I would've given him a deserving answer. :mad: Cajaaaib @ the video!
