NGONGE Posted July 30, 2009 They say that eating cheese before going to bed gives you nightmares. I have done that in the past and it only worked once (but I think the cheese was off that time). Now I accidently stumbled on energy drinks! These drinks are full of caffeine and drinking them is supposed to keep you alert and give you extra energy. I may be different though. I had a full litre the other week and still went to sleep half an hour after finishing it. It did not keep me awake, it did not give me energy and, quite frankly, it actually helped put me to sleep (I am a natural insomniac). What it did though was to give me some of the wildest and most vivid dreams I have ever had. When I woke up the following morning, I dismissed the idea that the dreams were due to having that drink and blamed it on tiredness and some other nonsense. However, when I passed my corner shop on my way home that night, the thought crossed my mind again and I decided to buy another litre (to experiment). It worked! I went to bed at half ten at night and woke up at six in the morning. In between, I dreamily (and happily) spent the time killing my sister-in-law in so many different (and very novel) ways. I bought the same drink last night (to make absolutely sure, you understand) and it worked again! I had the most magnificent nightmare ever. It was one of those where you are dying to wake up but also want to stick around to see how bad things could get (even though it was gruesome enough. The lion in the park behind my house had already eat all the children by the time I woke up and my parents were holding off a rioting crowd with nothing but a couple of kitchen knives). Can’t wait for Eid now. The mixture of this drink and the green stuff are bound to triple the thrill.

rudy-Diiriye Posted July 30, 2009 U should never drink any of these fad chemical drinks made in labs. U never know its long term effects. Its the biggest con game to make a fast bug. This industry is not regulated and does not have a proof whether their products are good or bad. Try green tea with lime for sleep purpose and for energy, try a kol glass of fruit mix. I think my life is a dream! there is no way else to explain it.
