Blessed Posted January 30, 2010 Some have. Others put up with it. The has always been the case with regards to Berbera or any hot coastal city. On the most part the city does seem a little deserted but the central area was very busy. It's a beautiful city, my favourit in fact and I hope it regains it's former glory.
