Afrikanation Artists Organization, Rajo Foundation and The Art of Living Black in collaboration present: From Oakland to Hargeysa: A Celebration of Art and Culture

 

Please join us in celebration of rich artistic and cultural traditions from Oakland to Hargeysa, Somaliland/Somalia!

 

...Visual artists, Musicians, Poets and Culinary Masters will unify as one to share themselves though their art while supporting artists in Hargeysa. Children are welcome. Please donate Youth-Professional level art supplies in support of our youth art classes, public workshops and artists in Hargeysa.

 

Entry Fee: Art supply donation or $5 donation

 

CALLING ALL ARTISTS! If you would like to share your work in a positive atmosphere filled with progressive energy, please contact Ebony at ebonyiman@afrikanationartists.org to participate. We would love to have you.

 

Also, if you are unable to make it to the event but would like still like to participate in our Winter 2010 Art Supply Donation Drive, please contact Ebony at ebonyiman@afrikanationartists.org or deliver donations by Dec. 17th to an Art Supply DROP ZONE near you!
