I am afraid this opportunity has been missed for Somalia in 2006.

Then it was a fashion for rich countries to completely or partialy write off debt for some future business prospect.

Not now. Everyone from America down is swiming in debt and even America is cutting all aid and gifts to everyone.

Don't throw good money after bad idea now for the likes of Farmaajo to make trips for debt relief.
