^I did click for the sake of curiosity but my initial reaction was WTF when i first saw the link . You can buy the book and i think it is available in some libraries if i am not mistaking.

SOL has nothing to do with specific ads placed within the site. Google crawler does. It indexes the ads, relevant to any given topic people discuss within the forum. The ad was there because probably some were discussing Hitler.
