I Insha Allah plan to land in Hargeysa, stay there for few about a week, then I will be heading East word to Ceerigabo, my dad's hometown, and yes while on my way, I plan to visit areas like Shiekh, Berbera and Burco as well. After that I will insha Allah go to Hawd (miyi aka Baadiye). To places like Daroor, Maholin, Ceelbaxay, Marsin, Nustriiq....to be honest with you we occupy the whole hawd, my uncles and my causins are all over the place, every little village I go to, there are countless relatives...Insha Allah I plan to make most of my three month trip. I plan to spend about half of my time there, then I will return to Burco, spend few weeks there, I also plan to visit my aunt which I didnt visit the last time I was there in Las Canood. I hope to have anough time to see places like Boroma and Zeylac, Awdal, Insha Allah. If I had Balwad (like smoking or chewing khat) I would stuck around Hargeysa and Burco for most part....well I don't have that so. The countryside is where the fun is at. Jacaylow, abti, I will see you Insha Allah, make sure you stand at the airport waiting for me with a sing readin, Red Sea? offcourse the limo must be ready to escort me.. Northerner aaah abti gacaliye, you don't have much time. Few weeks and you will be right back to Dubia, it's gotta suck, then again, Dubia is really close to home compare to I, where I have to travel long distace. I can't wait to see you all and I can't wait to go back home again. This is it for me, my dear lads...I will contact you for those of you I have their numbers Insha Allah, as soon as I land and I have cup of tea. For the last of SOL nomads, it's been fun, I will talk to you all Insha Allah whenever I come back here, before that I will be in Baadiye, probably I won't have chance to post here anytime soon. roobleh Posted June 14, 2007 Anyone from the Sheikh city? I am not from there, but in love with the city. Hope they change the name since Shiekh with no other name attached makes no sense to me. Last time I was travelling that beautiful highway over the Sheikh mountains, it was so breath-taking scene. Can the RED take pictures of that scene if travelling on land?
