Another form of dependency and neo-colonialism in the name of brotherhood and development. There'll be no elysian fields on the other side of the bridge for H. O. Africans, but only the opposite. Lucky are Djibouti folks for they will benefit from the cash injection in the way of employment, domestic suppliers, local contractors, local subcontractors, warehouses, transportation, housing, service industry, construction firms and other commercial development project of this size confers local and domestic firms.
