This is a good idea, a place where you ladies can talk about cooking and cleaning techniques, children, grocery shopping, how to loose weight etc.

With that said, i'm out.

Girls, your spending too much energy chasing the guys out of this thread, lets not turn this thread to a playground kind of love affairs..Lol

There was a debate couple of weeks ago about the men magazines on news stands. They were debating on if these magazines should be banned from news stands as its morally wrong, especially as the west see themselves as the promoter of womens equality and what not!..

Do you think there is a misunderstanding in the west about women rights/equality and freedom?

^^^even you don't listen :( North I'm so  at you.

Malika:

I think in the west waa contradiction. I was following that debate. It was walking on its head.

The guys said, these girls want to take their kit off and get rich off it, so it is not us. It is them.

The ladies said guys are nasty and lowering women status for reading and buying this and in the process exploiting girls.

The girls on the covers said, we enjoy men looking at us and it is our freedom to display our self.

The half perverts said we need quality, few magazines with more naked pictures and less games and cars, similar to soft porn.

At this point I said to hell with it.

In conclusion; demand= supply.

Malika, I think the same freedoms that allow women to take up careers as glamour models will obstruct other women taking up 'demeaning womankind' cases up against them. Like Ibti said, demand/supply.

A man that can be my grandfather called me ‘walal’ the other day asking for directions. I gave him a stern look and said Adeer it is that way. The nerve, how dare he call me walal like we are on par?

p.s. DD, cosmopolitan is obsessed with naked men.
