This shows you ina likuli nafsin ajalin musama and this baby was not meant to die even though his stroller slipped into the train tracks and was run over by a train. what a miracle. I have recently heard similar story abt a baby on stroller that was run over by a truck bt unfortnately that baby wasn't as lucky. And, the prophet calayhi salaatu wa salaam asked why he would do such thing? ..the man said "I put my trust in Allah"....the prophet scw said tie him first then put your trust in Allah.So basically be careful, take precautions, and then put your trust in Allah.
