Eyl - A town overtaken by powerful pirates

Eyl is one of the oldest cities in Somalia. The Mad Mullah thought this city on the deep fissure was the perfect place to build a base. Today the town is buzzing with a different kind of activity full of buccaneers. It is the headquarters of Somali pirates. This is their sort of a command center.

Eyl (Nugaal) is an old town, mostly vacated on the coast of Puntland overlooking the Indian Ocean. It's quite exotic place If it were to develop, I am sure it would draw many tourists.
