KISMAYO (HOL) - Former Ras Kamboni Brigade co-founder and close ally of current elected Jubbaland president Ahmed Madobe, Abdinasir Seraar has also been elected ‘president’ of Jubbaland by people opposing the current elected president of Jubaland.
