MOGADISHU (HOL)- AMISOM force commander Lt. Gen. TigabuYilmaWondimhunegn is today heading to Kismayu barely 24 hours after an Ethiopian military copter was blocked from landing in the southern city by a combined force of Kenyan and Jubbaland forces.
