N.O.R.F Posted September 18, 2003 1) Get home and make ya self sum good old somali food 2)Sit on that couch with the remote in yr hand and flick thru the sports channels 3)At the end of the game order yrself sum chicken curry and chapati followed by 'coop shaha' 4)Off to bed and repeat the next day 5)At the end of the week do sum sports to see if u hav still go it, if so then yr ok, if not then cut down on the curry for next week!
