How can he spends 40 days out of the capital?  it means he doesn't have subordinates to organize things. The Governor of Banadir had died due to terrorism , yet he never convenes an emergency meeting or taking any action.

These people are out of touch.

Why not let the interior minister manage the affaires of Galmudug. Usually these kind of tragedies take place either when leaders are occupied with electioneering, or sidetracked by Mogadishu politics.

The death of Eng. Yariisow should not be in vain. His untimely death must awaken the Somali people everywhere. We must scarifies and do things differently.

I think the people of Mogadishu became desensitized to accept these horrific actions. Those who are murdering your sons are your neighbors. I know this is a big city, but neighbors must patrol their communities and report these things.

If locals do not take action, then they must bear the collective punishment of the security forces. This city must be put in a curfew and suspects rounded up.  This town must pay some of these crimes sooner or later.
