Paragon Posted February 1, 2009 ^Oh yeah we love it, but just. Funny thing is it has just started falling heavily now and I no longer feel enthused towards it. Good night.
-Lily- Posted February 2, 2009 Yes its lovely out there but I can't believe kids are getting time off school & a lot of workers will use this as excuse too. Its very normal levels of snow. Getting to work will take some time this morning.

NGONGE Posted February 2, 2009 Lily, were you posting from home? (I expect you to read this message at eleven, when you finally stumble into work). There are only six people in my office this morning and it's already ten! (Morning all).
-Lily- Posted February 2, 2009 Ngonge, at 10 30 actually . I waited out the rush hour and left at 9. There not many ppl in and there is talk of going home early because its supposed to get worse by this afternoon. Abu Diaby, before UK I used to go to school in knee high snow, that a city like London cannot cope with some snow is ridicules. It's not THAT bad. Fabregas Posted February 2, 2009 ^^rer scandanavia? I have never seen snow like this in my life, so wa cajib to some of us. London can't cope there is no point spending such money and resources on something that will happen once every couple of years. might as well adapt to nature. Does anyone remember when people were saying it snowed in HArgeysa, lol.
-Lily- Posted February 2, 2009 ^^Cities are crap when it snows, much more beautiful in the countryside. I suppose it will be dangerous tmwr. No, not Scandanavia.
NGONGE Posted February 2, 2009 ^^ Knee deep in snow and not Scandanavia? Siberia?

Valenteenah. Posted February 2, 2009 Same old London. Any excuse not to work. My sister and I have made a whole family of snowmen - a mom, a pops and a slightly wonky kid. It was stupidly fun.
