^Thanks. It was beautiful and interesting film. How I wish that our own land could one day be as beautiful as this or even better. There are few similarities that remind you of home when you see their culture, the bazaars (hamarweyne), the night life (dhalinyarayntii iyo biibatooyinkii saqda dhexe lugu gaari jirey) and of course the food and the sea and the fish. It was lovely.

Dhagax, glad you enjoyed the film, I really liked the easy going style of the journalist and his clear love of his home country.(but mostly iranian food!)

North, you ain't too far away, get yourself on a boat.

Inshallah will be going next year. My friend and her hubby will be my tour guides. I can't wait to see Isfahan, Shiraz, Qom. Visit Soltaniyeh, Persopolis ruins and go to see the Ali sadr caves. Definately a must see destination. I just get goosebumps thinking about it. I was so jealous when I saw the pics they took while they were there last year.
