Sparkle selects Djibouti data centre as Africa IP hub

Sparkle, the first international service provider in Italy and among the top ten global operators, announces it has moved its Djibouti Point of Presence (PoP) into the Djibouti Data Center (DDC) selecting it as Sparkle’s IP hub for its expansion to East and South Africa.
