Just search his name on SOL archives and see how many times his name comes up in the last 15 years writing for Crisis Group and being interviewed as an 'expert' by New York Times and Washington Post. No more now. He is a hired mercenery by Crisis Group and so long Soomaaliya ka been sheegi jiray and Soomaaliya didn't have any strong government to refute. But since Soomaaliya's rise in the last five years, he became openly anti-Soomaaliya. Ciil ayaa haayo for he can't write beentii lagu yaqaanay without being exposed by Soomaali diaspora and dowladda dhexe. Rashid waa Borana Oromo as i hear, maybe that explains his meddling and hate for Somalis.
Miskiin-Macruuf-Aqiyaar Posted July 7, 2019 Ileen Soomaali maba aha miyaa? Soomaali Aboow muu ahaa? Soomaali Aboow wey ixtiraamaan Soomaalida. But I think inay Soomaali wax u galeen, hooyadiisa amee ahayd ama reer ayeeyadiisa.

I don't think there is any Somali against the idea, but most Somalis think the timing is not right for that ideal. Almost all enclaves are in competition right now and some enclaves seem to be happy with existing order.

Be tough arrest or kill if you have to. No Federalism. They forget that Afwerki is dictator, no opposiion, more than 300 prisons..etc PM Abiy trying to say if there is violence, I was not there. Very weak. Sinically one can say Abiy is trying to co-ordinate with Afwerki to pressure Tigray. This will definitely undo Ethiopia. The Oromo separatists field day. They get what they want and they are ready. I am afraid Kililka is at its weakest. The President may have education, but is no substitute for leadership and gutsy decisions.
