Why is Axmad Madoobe hated by the Koonfurians?

To be honest with you, in this and other videos of him I see not an average Somali politician but the closest thing we have to a Somali Ayatollah!! A shrewd politician, a soldier, a religious leader, and a public speaker all in one. It is interesting Axmad Madoobe is not the first Ayatollah like character from his clan Although the first one was not helpful in the least. 

Given that the Jubbaland leader has made his agenda clear and is asking for the constitution to be respected, what was actually the reason Villa AMISOM could not get an agreement in Garowe?

Ahmed Madoobe controls only Kismaany city with his close clan melissa and with support of Kenyan. Juba needs a business minded person, not a geeljire like Madoobe. Located in the middle of the equator line, it is a tropical place with rainforest although he cut most of the trees. Kismayo and juba in general is the wealthiest part of Somalia. A family who lives in the cost area or the river area has the opportunity to fish, farm and own camels same time. Juba will be better of him leaving. It will be a place where all the refugee in Kenya and many diaspora people to return but it can not happen before he leaves.

He succeeded in what so many of them failed to do. That is why he is hated for the most part.

He is accused for having allied with Kenya, yet the same people that accuse him of it are laying carpet for Ethiopia.

Some in Mogadishu are laying carpet for Arabs in addition to Ethiopia and Eritrea.

 

He has held his own over length of time and also with seemingly orderly place.

He also survived some near death experiences.

Even if agree for argument sake, but the fact remains, that he really controls a city a port a center of power...

He is feared more than he is hated

Also a lot of envy for his survival through many situations that could have killed any other person's ambitions.

In the words of a famous HG traditional leader, "If you don't want to make a peace with him, don't meet him".  I am not sure who the elder was but, I remember watching that on YouTube years ago. Ahmed Madobe is one of the most talented, experienced and conversant leaders in proper Somalia today. He is cool, calm, and collected. He uses humor to break the ice, which is a trait not known for most Somali leaders. Humor eases the scariest and the edgiest situations, and puts things into prospective.

I don't think they hate him because of his policies or what he did or didn't do per sec. It is just the culture of Somali blood to hate whoever is not your clan or you think not deserving to be in the helm because of their historical squable with your clan.

Having said that he needs to reign on his clan who think they own every inch of Jubba and them alone should have the presidency. The target should be to create an atmosphere whereby any one and every one regardless of their clan affiliation have same opportunities to succeed in every aspect of life they want whether politics or business.

But if the idea is to dominate other clans, then he will fail as the ones before him failed such as Jubba Valley alliance etc.

There are legitimate criticism against Madoobe and his Kikuya guards, but what hurts Madoobe the most are the Jeegaan social media users pretending to be his supporters, attacking and insulting nearly every Somali clan. It doesn't do justice for Madoobe's image especially he is trying to rehabilitate his past image and build a workeable governement. An example is this Apophis creature spewing nonsense all day.
