galbeedi Posted June 11, 2019 Borama has one of the most corrupt mayors in the world. He is called " Saleebaan Afar Jeeble". The Jeegaan has forced him to the people. These are not local governments but thieves who are their to enrich themselves. They can not even clear one kilometer of road let alone build anything.
