update...

 

i did not go to the funeral. it was cremation. i gave his elderly mother my condolences, flower and some home cooked food as suggested.

 

apparently only seven people attended the cremation service. his brother did not bother to attend any of it as they fell out long time ago. so as my neighbour told me who attended. only the mother was the only family member who attended.
