If you wearing baggy jeans and not "Macawis" then tell me does it mean You're not a Somali? If you rocking sporty shoes and not tyre shoes does that mean you automatically lose being Somali? If you don't sound like you are from Somalia then are you quick to declare that one is not a Somali? and if you are a White or Indian or Chinese born in the motherland does that mean you are Somali?
