in AZ [which is where this was], anyone legally allowed to own a firearm of any kind can carry it in public in just about any situation with no permit. i read somewhere that a person is only required to have a permit in AZ for a concealed weapon. so none of the protesters in this article broke any laws. it's their right to do what they did, even if the President is around!!

Those people aren't smart. What did they hope to accomplish bring a gun into Obama meeting? Hopefully the FBI would get on their job and pay them a visit to see if their papers are in order, and haven't been cheating on their taxes. Great way to bring attention to yourself.
