At least one person was killed and ten people were wounded, according to the police and eyewitnesses. Among the injured is Somali lawmaker who sustained minor injuries. Al-Shabaab which is known to carry out attacks against Somali government targets mainly in the capital Mogadishu has claimed the responsibility of the blast.
