What's worse Kenya's feeble attempts in coercing Somalia, the threat of robbing Islii traders or being humiliated in day and age by Kenya millennials. 

 

The last true Somali politician was the late Cigaal (AUN). I am afraid today's "politicians" are inept and will not see Kenya's escalation as an opportunity to change political dynamics and bring the Somali on their side.

I think you are right he should have started with Kenya even  though the British would have backed them. 

The Kenya Government don't seem politically bright either. It looks like they sincerely believe they will lose the case and destabilization is not working, unlike Ethiopia who figured the Somali landscape.

Soon just like the  Jews we will have Somali politicians from around world stages, the chief justice of the ICC in just  one of them. Ilhan Omar might table a legislation in US congress to sanction  Kenyan clear cutting of trees for coal and other misdeeds.

Now, our own young educated class must take a page and give a lesson to these Kenyans. I have been checking my feeds on social media and the only response I have so far seen is about contacting Youtube to take down the video from its site. Their response is to pretend that they have not seen it, out of sight, out of mind.

What's makes you so sure that ICJ will rule in Somalia's favour, knowing the Western courts they tend to favour those stable countries their interest lie in unlike Somalia which has neither stability or interest atm. 

And also if what Kenya is saying is true that they will be landlocked by default then I honestly don't see the court in awarding Somalia it's own sea in full rather a compromise in favour of Kenya like 50/50 sharing or 40/60 etc.

These fine Kenyans stood up to defend and support their country and people.  Rightly or wrongly,  they've every right.  Compare that to Somali officials landing in Nairobi,  after they were refused entry with their Somali diplomatic passports, they opted for their foreign nationalities to gain entry.
