All they do now is estimate the Somali population based on that old census. Anyway, Somalis through out the horn Africa are no less than 20mils. Don't ask me how I came up with this number..lol As for having too many kids, what is the use of having 10 children in Africa when more than half of them will die from diseases at 5th bday.
