It a dirty habit. i hate it. but i cant resist it. i have used patches and all the other stuff. completely useless.

health?? - that is the worst incentive. i have a better chance of dying in my home. smoking alone wont kill me. its take about 60 odds years to kill you. lol. my biggest worry is the how much money i am spending on it.

i know lot ppl who did it as cold turkey, i suggest stop spending more to reduce your expense, just quit smoking in cold turkey, best luck sxb

One thing I wanna tell u is don't go to Canada or New York, the cigarette is very expensive in those places. $9 per pack is just ridiculous.

I dont smoke and no one in my family smokes, I just hate walking by some one who smokes. Is a bad habit and waste of money.
