Help needed with locating journal articles

I am looking for anyone who might have an access to two journal articles that I would really like to get a hold of before the end of this week; our library does not own these journals and ILLs take about two weeks.

 

They are the following:

 

1. Title of article: Controlled chemoprophylaxis trials in tuberculosis. A general review.

I was able to locate the Isoniazid paper, and should be able to get it through document delivery by tomorrow or Friday. I'll PM you when it arrives. No luck with the first paper.
