maakhiri1 Posted April 20, 2019 I have never see a place as dirty as in Hargaisa and even Borama, it is like there is no local gov to collect garbage, every house is burning rubbish outside and the whole city lools like landfills. Something has to be done. That is right, Hargeisa is absolutely a filthy place. It has no local government and the tribal council which pretends to run the place is only there to get rich quickly.
