Ibtisam Posted June 3, 2009 Don't waste your vote on Thursday 4th June,[2morrow] only YOU can stop the BNP from winning a seat. Here is a link to see the short video showing how you can keep Nick Griffin from becoming an MEP. Here
Ibtisam Posted June 3, 2009 I am listening to what you’re saying to me and I am taking all of this very seriously … I haven’t done anything about it [Gaza blockade] in the past but I’m now beginning to understand how strongly all of you feel about it [Gaza blockade]” Mary Honeyball – Labour MEP. She woke up after so long. I would advise you guys to vote for Green or independent Muslim man: SOHALE RAHMAN Very good brother who does a lot work for Muslims particuarly Palestine. However he is one man an independent candidate, only running in London, in order to get an overall win we must consider one of the main ones. Even if he wins lots votes in London, it will get him nowhere. Whatever you do make sure you vote.
LayZie G. Posted June 3, 2009 ^she is back. Welcome back Ibti. Voting green is the way to go. I have joined the green party of Canada early last year and voted green the 1st time in last year's federal election. I'm an active member and we are working hard to get our riding to stand behind our candidate, we want him to emerge victorious in the next election. We are actively seeking the dissatisfied voters, the minority votes, the women votes, the environmentally conscious nut jobs votes. BTW, why block griffin's votes when you can go after those responsible for the mps that were recently outted for indulging themselves w/ taxpayer dollars?(griffin is a teddy, he is harmless and dont worry, he wont send you packing to somalia anytime soon)
Ibtisam Posted June 3, 2009 the environmentally conscious nut jobs votes. LOL Hi, thanks. Layzie this is the European Elections not the general elections. So we are stuck with those MPs for a while unless the are sucked or go on their own. But with the EU acquiring increasing powers over issues like trade, immigration, the environment and food standards, we are all going to be affected by Europe, so we need good pro Muslim representation in the European Parliament. Ibtisam Posted June 3, 2009 The Conservatives This party is currently in the grip of Islamophobia to such an extent they didn’t even turn up at hustings arranged by Muslims and refused to engage with a very important minority. Just as they have shunned the Muslims, so should Muslims shun the Tories at the European elections. To hammer home their hostility to Muslims, their number one candidate in London is Charles Tannock - a Zionist who wanted to stop the Geneva Conventions applying to the detainees at the gulag – Guantanamo Bay. Of course it wouldn’t surprise you that he is a member of shadowy lobby group, Conservative Friends of Israel. Frequently writing about themes such of the ‘Islamification’ of Britain and the ‘appeasement’ of Muslims, Tannock and his Tories are unworthy of any Muslim votes. The Liberal Democrats Sarah Ludford is their number one candidate. She is also an ardent Zionist. A member of Liberal Democrat Friends of Israel, she has been busy advocating for Israel at the European Parliament. While the massacre at Jenin refugee camp was going on, Sarah Ludford was busy celebrating Israel’s 54th anniversary and again she celebrated the ethnic cleansing of over 700,000 Palestinians on the 60th anniversary of the Nakba. She blocks any attempt to criticise or boycott Israel and the EU Israel trade agreement. Her history of Islamophobic actions goes on. The Labour Party Their European party simply has not done enough to help Muslims. Worse than that, they expect the Muslim vote. We should surprise them and show them that they have to work for our votes. They do not believe in the EU boycotting Israel because they support Israel and by funding the activities of the apartheid state they prolong the suffering of the Palestinians. The Green Party This party has been lead by Caroline Lucas, a long-term friend of the Palestinian people and a tireless campaigner on their behalf. Their number three candidate in London, Shahar Ali, gave an excellent account of the Green Party at the hustings. He was sincere, knowledgeable and principled in his views and argued the Green case with passion. The Greens are part of the Green/EFA block in the European Parliament and this is important because they can make a case with a number of their fellow MEPs backing them. The Greens actually seem to care about the issues that concern us and we should reward them with our votes. MPACUK guide.

Ibtisam Posted June 4, 2009 ^^^Because it is not a waste, it makes a difference and has direct impact on some people, even if its consequence misses you this time around.
MAXIMUS POWERS Posted June 4, 2009 just voted UKIP to stop the Labour thieves (and Tories to a lesser extent) like H.Blears and J.Smith from continuing to buy pornogrophy, Kit Kats and horse shit with the tax money we worked so hard for. You'll be sacked within days Mr Brown, sod off back to Scotland
Paragon Posted June 4, 2009 Didn't bother really. But thanks for the info anyways. PS: I am not suffering from voter apathy. I just know they (the majority voter block inmy locale)would bring back in Labour. So why bother, eh?
