Seen a couple of words which are similar to swahili though they have different means.Zaten both languages have their origins from the bantu language.

 

*Zikomo /koma

the verb is koma- means to apprehend-teach a lesson and KOMO is a noun - prominant forehead

* ndafika- in swahili the verb is fika too. but we say nilifika - I have arrived

*the verb konda in swahili means lost weight or mean thin depends on how its used in the sentence.

e.g mbuzi aliyekonda - the thin goat

Maymuna amekonda sana- Maymuna has lost alot of weight

*Tionana is similar to the swahili tutaonana which has the same meaning.

*kupita/pita means to pass through or pass/come in.

e.g Pita ndani - pass/come inside.

Ukienda shule pita dukani- when you go to school pass by the shop.
