Can u please translate hello in af-Somali.

Where are the masters of af somali.Brother here needs some help.My boss and my co-workers are interested in learning af-somali, and to begin with they want me to translate afew somali words into English.The results will be printed in our departments weekly newsletter.Last month was Spanish and this month its somali langauge in addition to afew paragraphs highlighting somalia in general or Somali101.

 

Can you guys please help us in translating this words in the correct form.Ofcourse,me and this somali sister i work with have done most of the translating but we have no idea we have no idea if we are on the right path.Any help will be greatly appreciated,thanks in advance.

 

The following are the words, we urgently need to know the correct meanning and the correct pronounciation(please write the pronounciation in af-somali if u think u can )

Hello in somali equals to point fingers and shout from distance by saying "waryaa" or s/thing similar. :D

You could be correct, however, Xamari people also use it for daytime as "Good bye." The meaning of certain phrases vary from one to another region. For example, what Southerners term suugo is maraq to Northerners.
