ms DD lol either way it doesn't apply to me. I want to lose 5 pounds today lol..so yeh am going to listen to ibti and start jogging smile.gif ..and if anyone has any other suggestions lemme know...

Aliyah, So how does one exercise with out enrolling gym and running outside. I have never been the athletic type, I have always geared towards persevering my sweat unless for those times I needed to waste them. I think what I am missing is calcium , perhaps some milk aught to do the job.

Lily-You are right. Living healthy should be the goal. The rest will come naturally. Never miss breakfast. It kick starts your metabolism.

Aaliyah, it all really depends on your body time.

Try this: Stopping all carbs, all forms of added sugar and have your final meal as Oprah says around 5 pm, after which make sure you workout for one hour, a fast jog.

i know that if they even lock me up in Mcdonalds, i wont get fat. i just dont have time for food. i can only eat food when my body feels like...it cant go no more without it.
